Thank you for shopping with Swarn.store. We take great pride in crafting and delivering imitation jewellery you'll love. Please read our cancellation policy below carefully.


Order Cancellation by Customer

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind. Here's how cancellations work:


Before Order is Shipped:

- You may cancel your order before it's shipped by emailing us at swarnjewellers01@gmail.com or messaging us on WhatsApp or by filling order cancellation form.

After Order is Shipped:

- Once the order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

- If you wish to cancel after shipment, you may choose to refuse delivery. A refund will be issued if the order is prepaid after deducting shipping and handling charges (₹60–₹100) once the product is returned to us.


Orders Not Eligible for Cancellation:

- Customized products are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may be refused upon delivery, but repeated refusals may lead to account restrictions.


Order Cancellation by Swarn.store (Our Right)

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion, for reasons including but not limited to:

- Product unavailability

- Payment issues

- Suspected fraud or misuse

- Errors in pricing or product information


If we cancel an order from our side, you will be notified immediately, and any prepaid amount will be refunded in full within 3–7 business days.


Refunds on Cancellations

- Valid prepaid cancellations  will be refunded within 3–7 business days via the original payment method.

- No refunds will be issued for orders cancelled after shipment unless the delivery is refused and the product is returned to us in original condition.

Change of Mind After Delivery

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. Please refer to our Return Policy for eligible cases like damaged or incorrect items.
