At Swarn.store, we care about your experience and the quality of our products. We offer a 3-day limited warranty on all items from the date of delivery to ensure your purchase meets your expectations.


>Warranty Coverage

Our 3-Day Warranty covers:

- Manufacturing defects (e.g., broken clasp, damaged pendant, faulty chain, etc.)

- Damaged or defective items received upon delivery

- Missing pieces or incomplete sets

To be eligible, your request must be submitted within **3 calendar days** from the date your order was marked delivered.


 

>What is NOT Covered

- Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse

- Damage caused by perfumes, sweat, water, or chemicals

- Items damaged due to rough handling or poor storage

- Sale or discounted items

- Issues reported after 3 days of delivery


>Claim Process

To raise a warranty claim:

1. Unboxing video of the product after delivery is mandatory.

1. Email us at **swarnjewellers01@gmail.com** or WhatsApp us at +916200708640 within 3 days of delivery.

2. Provide:

   - Your order number

   - A brief description of the issue

   - Clear photos/videos of the product and the defect


Our team will assess your claim within ** 24-hours** and respond with the resolution.


>Resolution Options

If your warranty claim is approved, we will:

- Send a **replacement** of the same product (subject to stock)

- OR issue a  **refund**, based on availability and case


>Important Notes

- Claims made after the 3-day window will not be accepted.

- Return of defective items may be requested in some cases.

- swarn.store reserves the right under sole discretion to reject warranty claims that do not meet the criteria above or for any other reasons.
